By law, we retain:
Yes, within the first 30 days of your request. Contact us to cancel it. After deletion, data cannot be recovered.
Your purchase history is anonymized (only date and amount retained, not linked to you). You cannot access previously downloaded content.
We delete your data from our systems, but not from platforms like Facebook or Google. You must request deletion from those services directly.
We will send a verification link to your registered email. Only by accessing that link do you confirm ownership of the account.
